WWE star Kevin Owens is reportedly dealing with an undisclosed injury, raising doubts and concerns for his upcoming WrestleMania 41 bout against Randy Orton. Owens was last seen in the Elimination Chambers PLE on March 1, 2025, in an Unsanctioned Match against his best friend turned enemy, Sami Zayn.
During the Elimination Chambers match, the duo got embroiled in an intense fight, where Sami Zayn was defeated by Kevin Owens, after brutally thrashing the former inside the ring. To everyone’s surprise, Randy Orton made a shocking comeback at the premium live event.
The Viper entered the ring and attacked Kevin Owens after he won the match against Zayn. This intense feud led to the company fixing an anticipated clash at the upcoming Shows of the Show on April 19, 2025, and April 20, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
However, after Kevin Owens's undisclosed injury, it seems that the match between Owens and Randy Orton will become a far-fetched dream.

As Kevin Owen is reportedly dealing with an injury, his major WrestleMania 41 match will likely be pulled from the show. According to a report from PW Nexus, Kevin Owens is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury and has no clear timetable for his return.
PWN stated that, “PWN has been told Kevin Owens is dealing with an undisclosed injury with no timetable set for a return to action. This puts Owens’ WrestleMania match vs Randy Orton in jeopardy with 15 days remaining until the show of shows.”

They further said, “Alternative plans for Orton have been discussed, but no pivot has been made for Orton yet. Owens’ last match came on March 1st at Elimination Chamber vs Sami Zayn in an Unsanctioned match. Once more information is available, we will update the situation.”

Also, it has come to light that Kevin Owens’ WrestleMania 41 status will be addressed on SmackDown on April, 4, 2025, episode, which will emanate live from Chicago, USA.
Kevin Owens, since defeating Sami Zayn in a brutal Unsanctioned Match at Elimination Chamber on March 1, has not appeared in any WWE events so far. Randy Orton, however, returned to the WWE to take aim at Owens and save Sami Zayn from being thrown onto concrete with a package piledriver. This feud led to the declaration of their WrestleMania 41 clash.
