1. ‘S Line’
This Korean drama is a mystery- and suspense-themed drama that has become extremely popular ever since its announcement. Produced by a renowned producer and director, this is a drama that was adapted from a popular webtoon of the same name. The plot follows two people who have been able to see the ‘red line’ since they were born. These red lines lead towards people someone has had relations with.
2. ‘Doubt’
‘Doubt’ is a popular psychological crime thriller starring a popular cast consisting of Han Suk Kyu, Chae Won Bin, Han Ye Ri, and Oh Yeon Soo. The father works as a criminal behaviour analyst studying the crime, while his daughter has information that can be crucial to the case.
3. ‘Nursery Rhymes Ghost Stories/Children's Ghost Story’
This is a horror- and mystery-themed drama that has been elected for the rendezvous section. This is a unique drama that takes inspiration from real-life stories and hidden takes from children’s stories and presents them on screen. It presents a lyrical nursery rhyme into a suspense- and horror-filled story.
4. ‘The Hunter with a Scalpel’
Just like its’ unique name, the drama is also an interesting and odd take on the crime and thriller series genre. The drama features a serial killer and follows his story throughout the drama. What makes it so unique is the obsession that the serial killer has with surgeries, hence giving more reason to the title of the show.
5. ‘Fairy’s Fasting Centre’
This is a new fantasy-themed K-drama that follows the storyline of how a girl who aspires and wishes to be a successful singer navigates the world around her to achieve this dream. It explores the issues and challenges she faces along her journey.
