Ajay Devgn talks about corruption and society in 'Raid 2': 'Officers are part of the same community'
Ajay Devgn has been actively promoting his film 'Raid 2', which released on May 1. He spoke about corruption and the challenges faced by officials in today’s world. He emphasized that society should recognize that those accused of corruption are also products of the same community.
Officers Are Part of Society
During a discussion with BookMyShow Unscripted, Ajay expressed that while people often blame officers for corruption, these officers come from the same society as everyone else. He emphasized that the issue isn’t about labeling individuals as corrupt or honest, but rather recognizing that they are part of the same community, implying that corruption is a reflection of society as a whole.
Corruption Mirrors Society
He added that when corruption creeps in a society, then there are different kinds of places in which there is corruption and others where there is no such thing. There are some good people and there are some bad ones. The same way a society is, it is the exact mirror of the department.
