The tragic incident occurred late on Sunday night, May 11, 2025, while he was attending a friend’s mehendi ceremony in Nitte, a town in the Karkala taluk of Udupi district.Reports say he collapsed around 2 a.m. and was rushed to a nearby hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he was declared dead shortly after arrival.
